As leaders of organizations, whether profit or non-profit, we look to the year-end as a point in time to evaluate how we have done. Maybe a bonus or deferred compensation is coming your way.
As you anticipate the rewards, don’t forget to consider how you may want to reward your team members in a meaningful way. They are the ones who take direction and execute your plans. They are the ones on the firing line day in and day out. They help deliver the results you plan for.
Saying thank you can come in a variety of ways. It is important that, in these remaining days of the year, you stop for a moment and determine how you are going to thank your team members. This “thank you” may be why your upcoming year will be as good as this past year.
Thank you for listening! Let me hear from you. Yale Dolginow, 952-960-6688
