THE EMERGENCE OF A VISION STATEMENT FOR ORGANIZATION

Initially my purchase of four small Paper Warehouse stores did not have a niche initially.  They did not attract a huge clientele. We thought we knew where we were going   but it took are-engineering of the concept along with development of the Vision.  The stores became a full assortment of disposable paper party good items for every celebratory event the we have something.

Our Vision defined what we were:

  • It helped to differentiate us from our competition i.e. Target and Walmart
  • It defined the future of Paper Warehouse would become
  • It was concise: Made of Paper, Disposable, Value oriented, and for all the celebratory events of the consumer
  • It broad enough to with stand the moments of time and even allow us to even add Halloween to the assortment
